THESE DAWGS DON'T BITE

THE score was 10 to 0 in the s.e.c. championship game here at the GEORGIA dome and i thought that maybe just maybe the Georgia bulldogs would actually pull it off,  i was thinking that this time they would win a big game.  Nice thought, first of all it should have been 21-0 in the first half but then the dawgs started to become what they are,  mediocre.  It's unbelievable that Georgia is thinking of extending the contract of the current coach for 5 years!  what!! I'm here at the CORNER BAKERY about to fall outta my seat laughing, can you imagine if the coach at L.S.U. ALABAMA or U.S.C. asked for a 5 year extension after not winning a damn thing for 10 years? what!!!   But it seems to me a 9-3 record is o.k. for the people of this state, they don' mind being mediocre. Oh well, I made a vow on my birthday to fast at least once a week for the next year and i really feel good after i do, i guess its because i slow down and I'm not running so fast all day long thinking of what to eat. Getting ready for the finals, I've already taken one, it was a 100 questions long!  whew! but i got through it.  Well my buddy HERMAN CAIN had to drop out i was hoping that he would stay in but once again a woman has brought a good man down, and they love it.  But you know what they say, 'you can't keep a good man down'

THE GREATEST MIRACLE IN THE WORLD

THAT'S the book i just finished, almost, i have 3 more pages.  Ever read a book and you didn't wanna finish cause it was so good?  well this book is only 108 pages but its taken me about 4 days to read it, i keep putting it down to contemplate what I've just read.  Rag-pickers, that's such a novel idea that one day i would like to be one, i know about having to pick yourself off the floor and start all over.  I found this little book here at the shelter along with an advanced uncorrected proof copy of  'STORMY WEATHER' about the life of LENA HORNE. This has been a treasure, so inspiring, so informative and motivating especially in the end where he talks  about going the extra mile, i also like when he talks about our mind, the part on page 24  where he quotes the author of  as a man thinketh "a man's mind is like a garden which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild, but whether cultivated or neglected, it would produce".  Feeling kinda sad that the long holiday weekend is over, i gave thanks. Getting ready for the final exams I'm studying my butt off but i could do a lot better.  I was studying at STARBUCKS today with all the kids from GA TECH,  man a lot of these kids study 4 and 5 hours straight!  wow! i can't, after 2 hours i gotta take a break.

MY ZOO CLASS

I swear i don't see how any instructor at this school teaches, this place  is a zoo. Example,  in my math class this little old white lady is trying to explain this complicated geometry problem when this sistah who came in late told the professor 'i don't understand this shit' the professor says 'maybe if you came to class you could better understand' she promptly cursed-out the teacher, i went by her office and asked her why she didn't call the police?  In this same class a couple behind me is holding a very loud conversation and this little old lady is turning red in the face.  Meanwhile in the back of the class a lesbian and a young man are competing for the favors of this pretty young girl, the other day the young man won-out he and the young lady left in the middle of class, today the lesbian seem to be wining. that's not all, we have a 350lb man in the back of the class who ask a stupid question one minute an 2 minutes later is snoring so loud we have to wake him up to continue class. And you  wonder why black students rank last among all racial groups?  wonder no more.

A BAD DECISION

YES, It was a very bad decision for the coach of the ATLANTA FALCONS to go for it on 4th down in overtime on your end of the field!  unbelievable!!   why?   oh well,  the T.V. went out at the shelter so i had to keep up with the game on my computer, it wasn't bad, kinda fun.  Its the end of a beautiful day, i attended a very good A.A. meeting this morning, the topics was about our relationships with our families.  One guy who shared about his relationship with his father brought me to tears,  he talked about how he didn't appreciate his father and never told him and now that he's passed how much he regrets it.  He talked about how his father did nothing but work hard and provide for his family and that somehow he thought that wasn't good enough.  i don't ever remember me or anyone telling my DAD how much we appreciate him and thank you DAD for being a great father,  mother got all the credit, and still does. Not one of his children attend his church or practice his faith, we all followed mother, which now i can understand he didn't mind at all, he needed a break.  I took video of some army soldiers who had walked 48 miles and were still walking when i saw them!!  wow!  happy veterans day!

IT WAS TIME JOE

JOE PATERNO, long time coach of PENN STATE  has been fired.  10 years too late in my opinion. It was selfish for him to hold on this long and stupidity for the school to go along. It really hurts me to see my buddy HERMAN CAIN twist in the wind like he has this past week.  my professor and classmates had fun watching his accusers press conference,  i like the part about her  hotel room being 'upgraded' by HERMAN. I like HERMAN,  he's a real man, something you don't see a lot of these days.  I was talking to a young man the other day about how he was wearing his pants,  I ask him "as a man why would you ever wanna bring attention to your behind?  why??  thats what women do!  makes me wanna vomit. Tomorrow is veterans day and i've promised myself i want be a hog like last year,  when i ate myself sick with all of the restaurants serving vets free.  I gotta get outta  here cause they're serving vets here at the school with a big meal at noon.  SAINTS VS FALCONS  here at the dome, its gonna be a good one.

MY ENVY

ITS a beautiful fall night here and I'm sitting in a restaurant called the CORNER BAKERY tapping on my new DR DRE H.P. ENVY COMPUTER.  wow! life is good!  I'm so happy to have my own computer!  an a premium one at that, man!  There's so much to talk about, so much that i wanna talk about, HERMAN CAIN, bullying, the pretty girl in  my humanities class who reads at 7th grade level, the guys at the shelter who hate the news, it  goes on and on.  But i think I'll just talk about how blessed i am, because i have so much to be thankful for,  after all its getting to be the season to give thanks.  I love this time of the year the weather is crisp and clean and i get to put on my BILL COSBY sweater that I'm wearing now.  I forget that i can actually send you a picture or video right now, i have a web-cam, i just don't know how to use it yet.  Well I'd better get going I'm gonna try to get a work-out in before i go in. HERMAN CAIN 2012!!   OH!  I  almost forgot!  the fantasy 5 is  500,000 tonite!!  and one of my #s  is 6,7,11,12,31.    give me my birthday present!!   give it up!!!!

H. P. ENVY AND DR DRE-BEATS

IT'S A MIRACLE!!   I just won a brand new computer and studio headphones!!!!  wow!! in august i entered a contest at lenox mall where they took my picture and gave me a tee-shirt i  thought nothing of it when i filled out a paper about a contest with a chance to win a computer and studio head-phones by DR DRE!  lo and behold i get a letter telling me I'm the winner!!  yeah right, i didn't respond, the lady e-mail me again telling me that this is not spam and to give her my address, i did.   I go and check my mail today and OMG!! WOW! ITS A MIRACLE!! i kept repeating over and over OMG!!  man I've been needing a computer for so long!! and now I've got a top of the line H.P. ENVY DR DRE  beats computer with the $600 beats studio headphones.  WOW!! the professor says the package is worth around $2500!! wow!!  my only problem now is how do i keep other peoples hands off of my miracle.  especially since i live in a homeless shelter.  man.  but I'm grateful,  THANK YOU GOD!!!  now i don't have to wait on a computer at the library i can use mine whenever i want.  WOW!!  THANK YOU GOD!!!  THANK YOU!!OH!  the fantasy 5 tonight is 425,000! my# are 5, 10, 12,18 31. do you believe in miracles!  I not only believe in em, I depend on em! the POWERBALL WED IS 175,000,000 WOW!  and I'm in line for another blessing!  another MIRACLE!!!
