SIGN OF THE TIMES?

WHILE laying in the emergency room monday morning waiting to be seen by the doctor I heard something that made me sicker than I already was. someone had broken into a atlanta area school and stole and damaged a lot of property and so they were interviewing a atlanta police officer and he made the statement "well its just a sign of the times the way the economy is and all we'll probally see it again" WHAT!! thats just unbelievable! especally coming from a police officer. criminals don't care about the economy! they don't wanna work they like taking from others, its habitual, they love it! I see people getting jobs everyday the programs that i'm in are designed to help people find employment. a young man found a job today and you should have seen the smile on his face, there's jobs all around anyone can work if they put forth an efort. I tell you what if a young man hears what this officer said he's gonna think thats its allright to break into someone's property cause its A SIGN OF THE TIMES. I"M poor, homeless, with 14 cents in my pocket and I haven't thought about committing a crime. poverty does not= crime! you have to watch what you say words are very powerful.
