THE TEST

I took the entrance exam and if I did well on the parts of the test that doesn't deal with math I'll be o.k. because I'm horrible in math, when I got to the parts that dealt with algebra I just guessed, I didn't even attempt to solve the problems its a waste of time. but that's something I wanna work on, my math, I've been terrible in math since grade school and I wanna prove to myself that I can do it, anyway I have a algebra course so I have to learn. I continue to get better typing on the Mavis beacon tutorial, now I'm up to 17 wpm, WOW! I've also started doing Microsoft word here in the library, they have a C.D. that you can check out to practice. man there is so much to learn about the computer its amazing, I see why people get paid so much to design software, also I see why bill gates is so rich! everyone in the world has to use his product! well almost everyone. have to take another test tomorrow its called the Georgia work force readiness test and they're suppose to pay us 250 dollars to complete it, I hope so, I need the money, I need a computer for school. going to a meeting tonight, a good friend of mine relapsed the other day, he asked me how long had I been sober when I told him almost 4 years he looked at me like he didn't believe me, I like that, people assume you're on drugs when you're homeless I love to tell em that I'm clean and sober and no I don't smoke cigarettes either.
