GREAT WEEKEND!

THE weekend was great, I had a great time at the Atlanta jazz festival even though it rained Sunday,  took lots of pictures my battery was low again Sunday I'm charging it right now. i want to tell you about an incident that took place at the jazz festival, an incident that I'm ashamed of as a matter of fact i felt lower than a snake's belly afterwards. while walking around i noticed that a man had mistakenly dropped some money while he was pulling something outta his pockets. well, a wad of bills fell to the ground and keep in mind this is broad daylight, i looked to see if he knew but he didn't and the only other people to see it was some small kids who were playing, they kept on playing now my eyes are fixed on those bills that are just laying on the ground and I'm looking around to see if anyone else sees the money, i think so but they don't move,  my natural instincts are to go "sir you dropped some money" but I'm flat broke! i got 2 cents in my money.  so I'm waiting to see if he finally realizes he's dropped some money and go ahead and pick it up which would make my life easier, but he doesn't.  now i don't wanna go running over there to pick up the money and he sees me and goes "that's mine" so i wait for what seems like an eternity, hoping no one else makes a move cause it could get ugly fast. so i move, its about 10 steps to the money! i stoop and pick it up i felt like the whole world was watching me and i know this black couple saw me but they didn't say anything neither did the man who dropped it. i grabbed the money off the ground all nonchalantly trying not to bring attention to myself cause "god i need this money bad" so i slowly walk away listening for someone to say"hey he's got the money"!! i started playing with these kids just to keep from doing what I really wanna do and that's HAUL ASS!! so i move on and i finally get far enough away  where i can check to see how much it is!  5 FREAKING DOLLARS!  5 damn ones! can you believe that? all that for 5 dollars! i kept looking and counting over and over hoping it would be a 20 or 10 or something besides some damn ones man!   oh well.  but afterwards i felt bad man, look at what I've come to man! so i went and played the lottery, and lost, and my bus pass has ran out so I'm walking everywhere now, it took an hour and a half to get to school this morning and its a 2 hour walk to try to get my food stamps renewed tomorrow on top of that i started my fast today, I'm not weak yet but i know its coming.  I got to see the BRAVES play yesterday I had a great seat! and it was nice and hot, man what a weekend!
