WHY?

LOOKING at the news last night i saw where 4 young Afro Americans had formed a robbery crew and was robbing places of business.  well sun. night it all went wrong and they shot and killed a security guard at a supermarket.  I think the youngest was 18 and the oldest was maybe 24, this crew included a female. I sit down and i try to think logically, why!  why would 4 young people form a robbery crew?  why?  it turns out that one of the crew members worked at the supermarket. when i get my talk -show i want to have on people who've committed robberies and discuss with them the planning that went on before these crimes took place.  what did you guys talk about? what made you think it was a good idea? did anyone discuss the possibility of getting caught? did anyone talk about what might happen if your plan failed?  did anyone talk about the penalty if they were caught? did anyone say 'yeah' its worth it even if we get caught? did anyone talk about what might happen if someone got hurt? in this case murdered? did anyone talk about that? now all of you are being charged with CAPITAL MURDER!  did anyone talk about the penalties for that??  huh?  why? these young people were not hungry or even homeless like myself.  one was employed!  why?  now they're all looking at the rest of their lives in prison if not the death penalty for some money that they never got to spend.  and even if they had gotten away the money between the 4 of them would not have lasted long! so you have to do it all over again? why?   I was talking to an old man at the Marta station the other day and he told me something that i haven't forgotten. he says  " son never let women or money excite you" good advice pops.  that's the problem with these young people they never got any good advice or examples from home. that's why.
