HOUSING!

THERE'S  a good possibility that I want be sleeping on the floor this time next week, like I did last night.  man its getting to be awful at the shelter, since the weather has gotten warmer they have actually closed part of the shelter so even though there is not as many people were all crammed in this limitied amount of space.  last night they put me on the floor right near the entrance to the bathroom, I couldn't take it! the smell was awful! and on top of that every one is walking over you and some these guys don't change socks or ever wash their feet.   so I broke the rules and moved downstairs and found me a corner but they moved this young guy right next to me and I swear he hasn't change or washed his feet and socks in a month and then he promptly takes his shoes off and put his feet 10 inches from my face so I have to move again this time to the 1st floor hall but its tolerable cause there's light and i'm reading TODD BRIDGES book which i'm enjoying.  as soon as I get comfortable "hey you gotta move this is someone else's spot" so I have to move again and again the only place open is near the bathroom door.   I didn't sleep well last night,   I  didn't even work out this morning I was so tired.   but I got some good news this morning my caseworker at the atlanta enterprise center told me he had an open bed for me at the gateway, a place where you can have your own space and closet with the same bed every night. and I won't have to run all over the city looking for food! wow! what a welcome change thats gonna be!
