BLACK MOTORIST! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!

A BLACK woman here in ATLANTA has been arrested and jailed for hitting and dragging a child down the street (150 ft).   i'm surpised that it doesn't happen more often. one of the things thar i miss about southern california is the respect for motorist they have there. they have pedesterian laws there and they actually enforce them, and they issue tickets if you don't obey. NOT HERE!  and not anywhere else since i left L.A.  when i arrived in DALLAS and attempted to cross the street I almost lost my life i assumed everyone treated the pedesterian like they do out there WRONG! so many times i've almost ended up like the child that's clinging to life in an area hospital.  these people will run over you!  and especially black motorist.  when someone stops for me in a crosswalk or shows courtesy while i'm attempting to cross the street it's almost always someone white.  i'd say about 90% of the time that i'm waited on with courtesy its someone white! and thats the god-honest truth man, balck motorist are so rude and indignant and they will run over you if you don't run out of the way. I was walking home from the library saturday when i crossed the street in a crosswalk with the green walk signal a black woman almost ran me down! I thought it was safe since there was a ATLANTA police officer standing right there! he looked at me like"oh well" man this place is amazing.  one of the things I do like about it though the laws here are not strictly enforced, man people smoke crack downtown right in front of the police!! no kidding! i'm standing near a bus stop downtown the other day and this dude just takes a big  blast off of his pipe with the police standing 20 ft away! i'm like wow man don't you see the police!  so what?  oh well.  amazing!
