HOW ALVIN GREEN WON

ONE democratic official in SOUTH CAROLINA said that one of the reasons that MR. GREEN the homeless veteran won the senate primary was because his name on the ballot sounded black and black voters in his district just picked his name because they was sure he was black.  WHAT!  I believe it! at least part of it. another reason in my opinion is that  some people have no blooming idea what the issues are. MR GREEN'S district is majority black and although records show that blacks watch more television than any other group from what I've experienced we only watch sports and movies. It is very rare if and when you see a group of black guys sitting around watching the news.  they say "the news is always bad"  well what the hell do you wanna hear? I guess that's why they love to watch movies so much cause there's always a happy ending. and to be fair MR. GREEN also won votes in the white community, now that surprised me when I heard that, but I had a white roommate in SHREVEPORT and all he wanted to do was watch movies we almost came to blows about this.  A lot of people are just not into information like I am and they don't care which is why someone like HITLER can come to power in economic down times.
