HERSCHEL WALKER

BREAKING FREE  is the name of his book that i just finished, it was not one the best books that I've read but it was interesting.  HERSCHEL talked about his multiple personalities he calls it (D.I.D)  I don't know i sometime think he uses that as an excuse for his behavior.  but he did start off as a stutterer and end up president of the beta club an a valedictorian so he's a guy that persevered and i like that.   he also talked about playing Russian roulette with a pistol where he would but one bullet in the chamber and spin it then put it in his mouth and pull the trigger!!  all this while SOBER!  now I'd say brother HERSCHEL has got a real problem. what really impressed me about HERSCHEL is that every morning he does 2,500 sit-ups and 1,500 push-ups WOW!  he's also a very successful business man in Dallas, so what the hell. now I'm reading DENZEL WASHINGTON'S' book a hand to guide me.'
